Who is Attorney Orange?
Carlton W. Orange is a licensed attorney and the founder of Regency Title & Escrow, a company he established more than 28 years ago with a commitment to delivering exceptional title and escrow services throughout the region. A native of Memphis, Tennessee, Carlton has built his career on strategic problem-solving, trusted relationships, and a dedication to helping clients navigate complex real estate transactions with confidence.
He earned his undergraduate degree from Tennessee State University, an MBA from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and his Juris Doctor from Seton Hall School of Law. His diverse educational background and extensive legal experience have positioned him as a respected leader in the real estate and title industry.
Under Carlton's leadership, Regency Title & Escrow has become known for its professionalism, attention to detail, and client-focused approach, serving homeowners, real estate professionals, lenders, and investors with the highest standards of service.

A passionate traveler, Carlton has explored destinations around the world through his military service. Among the many places he has visited, Greece remains his favorite for its rich history, culture, and breathtaking landscapes.
