Carlton is a licensed attorney who established Regency Title & Escrow more than twenty-three years ago. A native of Memphis, Tennessee, he developed a strong problem-solving acumen essential for achieving success in the region. Carlton pursued his undergraduate studies at Tennessee State University, earned an MBA from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and obtained his law degree from Seton Hall School of Law.
