Candy is the Title Curative Specialist at Regency Title and Escrow, bringing years of trusted experience, leadership, and exceptional attention to detail to the Regency team. As one of the company’s foundational team members since 2017, she has played an integral role in shaping the seamless and elevated closing experience clients have come to expect. Originally from the Mississippi Delta, Candy is highly skilled in navigating real estate purchase contracts, deeds, title requirements, and the critical preparation involved in every transaction prior to closing. Known for her diligence and consistency, she ensures each file is handled with precision and care from start to finish.

 

Outside of the office, Candy enjoys fishing and spending quality time with her family.
