A Memphis creative with a refined eye for design and branding, ShaBreiya serves as Regency Title & Escrow’s Digital Marketing Lead, bringing innovation, artistry, and strategy to the company’s evolving brand presence. With a passion for creating elevated visual experiences, she plays an integral role in shaping Regency’s marketing identity through dynamic design, digital media, and modern storytelling. ShaBreiya earned her degree in Visual Communication from Middle Tennessee State University in 2019 before beginning her professional career with Dillard's Headquarters in Little Rock, Arkansas, where she spent over two years as a UX Designer refining her expertise in user experience, web design, and brand development. She later returned to Memphis to join Regency, where her creative direction and strong background in web and graphic design continue to elevate the company’s marketing vision with a polished aesthetic. While her primary passion lies in design, ShaBreiya has also supported both pre-closing and post-closing operations, bringing versatility and a collaborative spirit to the team.

 

Outside of the office, ShaBreiya channels her creativity into music as an independent artist and is preparing to launch her own fashion line, a natural extension of her love for style, artistry, and self-expression.
