I closed on my home 07/03 with Marcus. He was kind, patient and knowledgeable. He went over every document thoroughly, answering any and all questions. Buying your first home can be daunting but Marcus was calm which in turn made me more comfortable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Paashuns and Isabell were also sweet and helpful. The Regency Staff's customer service is one for the books. 10/10
