Carlton Orange
Carlton is a licensed attorney who established Regency Title and Escrow more than twenty-three years ago. A native of Memphis, Tennessee, he developed a strong problem solving acumen essential for achieving success in the region. Carlton pursued his undergraduate studies at Tennessee State University, earned an MBA from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and obtained his law degree from Seton Hall School of Law.​
Fun Fact: He loves to travel the world for free (i.e. military travel).
Paashuns Lucas
Paashuns, pronounced "Patience," serves as the manager of the office and brings over fifteen years of experience with Regency Title and Escrow. She honed her skills in patience, vital for building meaningful connections with others. Paashuns earned her degree from Southeast College of Technology and has dedicated her career to the real estate sector ever since.
Fun Fact: She has always wanted to go skydiving.

Monique Bell
Monique is the meticulous closing manager at Regency Title and Escrow. Originally born in Kingston, Jamaica, she was raised in Miami, Florida. Monique ventured north on a volleyball scholarship to the University of Memphis, where she earned her undergraduate degree. Since then, she found a path in real estate, leveraging her expertise and keen attention to detail to ensure the precision of every closing process.
Fun Fact: Her favorite past time is being with family.

Isabel Boyd
Isabel has been a lifelong resident of California. Following her husband's retirement and their decision to relocate to Memphis to be closer to family, she embarked on a career in the real estate industry. Over the past five years at Regency Title and Escrow, she has aquired extensive knowledge and expertise. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Isabel's bilingual proficiency enriches her role and underscores her value as a key asset to the team.
Fun Fact: Isabel loves to cook and spend time with her husband.

Candy Wrinfro
Candy is an expert in pre-closing operations at Regency Title and Escrow, bringing her dedication and customer-focused approach since joining in 2017. Hailing from the Mississippi Delta, Candy is committed to delivering outstanding service and achieving results. Her responsibilities encompass a wide range of tasks including comprehending real estate purchase contracts and deeds, drafting or reviewing necessary documents to ensure clear title and all things to prepare files for closing.
Fun Fact: She likes to go fishing and spend time with her family.

Kimberly Huerta Riles
Kimberly was born and raised in Dickinson, Texas. Kimberly is bilingual, speaking English and Spanish fluently. Previously working in the education field for three years, she specialized in Elementary Special Education where she then moved to Memphis to pursue Real Estate. She has used her real estate expertise to lead our Spanish speaking clients. She has experience in contract negotiations, curing title issues and problem solving.
Fun Fact: She loves to travel, explore new places and spend time with family and friends.

Marlon Houston
Marlon, originally from Oxford, MS, is a graduate of the University of Mississippi. He commenced his career in the Real Estate Industry in 1998 and joined Orange Law Firm, now known as Regency Title and Escrow, LLC, in 2003. Marlon's expertise spans across multiple facets including the Closing Department, Post-Closing Department and Title Department.
Fun Fact: Marlon loves attending Ole Miss sporting events and Memphis Grizzlies games.

Perla Hernandez
Perla Hernandez specializes in the post-closing department with a strong focus on organization and dedication. A native of Memphis, TN, she is bilingual in English and Spanish. Her responsibilities encompass tracking and retrieving trailing documents, assembling loan packages, reviewing tax and insurance details, and ensuring compliance with all guidelines.
Fun Fact: Perla loves to travel and spend as much time as possible with her family and friends.

Steve Winkel
Steve, born and raised in Northern Iowa, discovered his passion for competing early on. He earned his undergraduate degree as an Ole Miss Rebel and later his Law degree from the same university. With thirty-five years of experience closing real estate loans in Memphis, Steve excels at ensuring smooth, satisfying closings, making clients feel comfortable and
well-informed.
Fun Fact: He has competed in USATF Masters Pentathlons and Decathlons from the ages of thirty to fifty. After years of pounding on the track, he took up triathlons to ease the rigor on his body.
